1. Ghost Production (Rights Transfer Agreement)
- Use: Ghost Production tracks are sold exclusively to you, granting full ownership. You may use, modify, and distribute the track for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
- License: Upon purchase, a Rights Transfer Agreement transfers all rights to you. You gain complete ownership, with no further obligations to the original artist or Projecta Vibes.
- Restrictions: The track may not be resold or redistributed as part of a competing product. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or breach of terms may result in legal action.
2. Samples & Presets (Royalty-Free License)
Use: All samples and presets are sold under a royalty-free license, meaning they can be used in both personal and commercial music productions.
License: You may use these assets in your own work; however, they may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed in their original form. The creation of competing products using these samples and presets is also prohibited.
Ownership: You retain ownership of the music you create using our samples, but the samples and presets themselves remain the intellectual property of Projecta Vibes.
